Costco

Grandma Lynda was watching Anthony for a few hours today, so I decided to give Costco a shot. I've been there since the injury (many times in fact) but never by myself. Wasn't even sure that I could actually push a shopping cart, but I can. It was fun to be able to wander around and look at things (as you all know, shopping with Jared isn't exactly leisurely). Was able to get everything we needed and wanted so all in all it was a successful trip to Costco for me. By the end of the trip it was much more difficult to push that cart, and I was SO thankful for the lady who offered to push it to the checkout for me, and the employee who pushed the cart all the way to my car and then proceeded to unload it!

I unloaded all of the perishables (only took a few trips up and down the ramp) and the rest is waiting for my strong husband to carry in when he gets home! In the future I think I'll still go with Jared, but it's nice to know that if I need to get a few things on my own I can.

Awesome, Beka! Don't go with Colby too much this summer - Costco time has been one of the few family outings I've been able to make lately!

I like it! Beka has been unleashed on Costco. Beware bulk reasonably priced items! Have you seen their baby clothes section? They had some great deals on Carter's stuff at our Costco recently. $5.99 for little summer outfits.

That is a big event at our house too!

Funny post! I was thinking costco should offer a home unload and put away service. It is always ten trips out to the vehicle to unload and atleast 2 days to figure out where to put the big boxes of Veggie straw snacks and granola bars.
